Overview

Founded in 2020, Wiseclay Ventures emerged from a shared vision between Manasseh Otchere and Dorcas Otchere to redefine the construction landscape across Architecture, Structures, MEP, Wastewater Treatment and Interlocking Bricks Production — our five areas of expertise. With a passion for precision, excellence and a commitment to quality, our founders recognized a gap in the market for reliable, innovative construction services that prioritize client satisfaction and community enhancement.

Key moment. Our journey began with a significant project — the construction of Unicon Medical Centre, a 60-bed hospital complex featuring a helipad at Impintin, Takoradi, with Manasseh as project engineer. This project solidified our reputation as a dependable contractor capable of balancing modern demands with quality delivery.
