Wiseclay Ventures designed the 3Jays clarifier system for Narubiz Limited, a rubber processing factory in the Wassa East District, to recycle wastewater from its processing line. Wastewater enters through a flocculation chamber, then passes into twin clarifiers where improved sedimentation — calculated detention time — lets solids settle out under gravity within a compact footprint. Settled sludge is drawn off to sludge detention tanks, while clarified water is held in effluent collector tanks and recycle water tanks for reuse in the processing line.
This design handles high flow rates and accelerates solid-liquid separation compared to conventional treatment units, meeting industry standards and environmental regulations for wastewater recycling and disposal. Narubiz was the first client for this system, which is equally suited to municipal sewage treatment and industrial effluent processing.
